Molino De Vita turns 30 in Italy’s wheat heartland

CASALVECCHIO DI PUGLIA — Molino De Vita turns 30 this year, three decades since a family of farmers in the Monti Dauni asked whether the granary of Italy could have a mill run by the people who grow its wheat, and built one among their own fields.
