Rome Villa Celimontana dig finds imperial mosaics

ROME — Archaeologists have uncovered eight richly decorated rooms of a Roman imperial building beneath Villa Celimontana, Italy’s Ministry of Culture announced on August 5, a find that could redraw one of the ancient city’s most important quarters.
